Job Title: Senior Telecoms Package Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecoms Package Manager to join our team at Egis Group. As a key member of our Turnkey services, you will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the integration of various systems within rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the integration of various systems within rail projects.
  • Lead the development and training of a team of engineers and site managers to grow the capacity and capability of our mechanical engineering services.
  • Manage and coordinate our design teams, supply chain partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of mechanical systems within rail and construction projects.
  • Act as a leader within Turnkey services and the wider Egis Group on all Health and Safety matters, helping to drive improved H&S performance and identifying improvements to existing performance, policies, and processes.
  • Accountable for the profit/loss of assigned commissions within the Turnkey service Lead and utilise commercial teams to provide reporting, CVR updates, and contract administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in large multi-discipline rail or infrastructure projects within a tier 1/2 contractor.
  • Expert knowledge in various telecommunication, signalling, and radio systems.
  • Strong knowledge of rail industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of Project and Construction Management principles.
  • Experience with the development of project programmes.
  • Account or commission management experience, with responsibility for project P&L.
