**Your Role**
As a Software Engineer (Controls - Simulation), you will work as part of our Vehicle Modelling & Control Integration team, developing systems to optimize individual-vehicle performance across our worldwide fleet. You will also contribute to the development of our simulator, enabling vehicle modelling and configuration components.
**Key Responsibilities**
Define and develop effective interfaces to vehicle models
Develop the Oxa Simulator to represent vehicle behavior
Collaborate with data, infrastructure, and fleet teams to update, measure, and refine the quality of the simulator model component
**Requirements**
Master's degree in a related field (Control Eng, Mech Eng, Aerospace, Robotics, Mechatronics)
Experience with C++ algorithm development and deployment
Experience with Real-time simulation of vehicle systems
Background in Vehicle dynamics and control
**Nice to Have**
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for vehicle dynamics applications
Experience working with third-party simulation or physics engines
Proven agility in fast-changing environments
