About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality and Safety Operations to lead our water safety initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute water safety policies and procedures
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve compliance goals
- Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry partners
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, business administration)
- 10+ years of experience in quality and safety management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
