Georgiana Head Recruitment Limited is a leading recruitment agency specializing in tax professionals. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Tax Advisor to join our client's team in Cleckheaton.

About the Role:

This mixed tax role is ideal for someone with broad-ranging tax experience, including business, personal tax, and VAT. As the right-hand person to the Tax Director, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and support to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Group restructuring (including demergers)
  • Preparing tax valuations
  • Share/option scheme planning and implementation
  • Advising on disposals and acquisitions of companies
  • Tax disclosures to HMRC
  • Capital gains tax calculations
  • Inheritance tax queries
  • Personal tax planning
  • Capital allowances reviews

Compliance Work:

Depending on your background and experience, this role may involve preparing or reviewing corporation tax and personal tax returns, CGT returns, P11D, and form 42s.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
