About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit teams and delivering high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit teams and deliver high-quality audit services to clients
  • Develop and implement audit strategies and plans
  • Manage and motivate audit teams to achieve high-quality results
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with new clients
  • Act as an ambassador for BDO UK and participate in office marketing events
  • Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate employees
Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
  • Working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation, and compliance, including anti-money laundering
  • Experience of systems/controls testing as well as substantive auditing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures
  • Project Management experience
