Maintenance Team Associate

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance work to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of building maintenance principles and practices.
- Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities management role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring guest satisfaction.
