Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team in Manchester. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
