Customer Service Advisor Opportunity

We are excited to partner with a reputable company in the Luton area, renowned for its rich history and success in a thriving industry. Due to upcoming changes in their team, they are seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via phone or email, addressing various issues such as order discrepancies and invoice queries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling customer expectations, and have a proven ability to resolve problems effectively. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Process new orders and update the operating system accordingly.
  • Set up new customers on the company database.
  • Process payments and resolve invoice queries.
  • Resolve delivery queries with couriers and order discrepancies.
