The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in Leicester - Fosse Park. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using our market-leading sleep technology to recommend the perfect mattress and bedding solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance activities to ensure the store looks its best at all times.
