About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join our team at the Rosehill Resource Centre in Montrose.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling adults with learning disabilities to live ordinary lives. You will work closely with a team to provide person-centred care, including personal care and support for eating and drinking.

This is a temporary post for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave, and we welcome internal and external applications on a secondment basis. You must have the approval of your line manager or organisation to apply.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality support and care to adults with learning disabilities. You will need to have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Support Worker, you will be required to work flexibly and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

What We Offer

Angus Council offers a competitive salary, ranging from £19,000 to £21,000 per annum, depending on experience.
