About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievements and behaviour.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.

What You'll Need:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.

Salary and Benefits:
