We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven New Homes Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a floating sales role, covering multiple developments across Yorkshire. As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding buyers through the homebuying process, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Your primary focus will be on converting leads, delivering product demos, and closing sales with confidence. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

We are looking for a driven and resilient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be an outstanding communicator, able to build trust and influence decisions effortlessly. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel are essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert Leads: Identify potential customers and convert them into sales.
  • Product Demos: Deliver engaging and informative product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our homes.
  • Closing Sales: Build rapport with customers, address their concerns, and close sales with confidence.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop lasting connections with customers, helping them achieve their homebuying dreams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000+ Basic & Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000+), making it an attractive opportunity for sales professionals.
