Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a senior residential care role, preferably in a Children's Residential Service.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
