Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of a series of initiatives to enable Leonardo UK Electronics to move further into the Digital age.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the required result.
  • Manage external partners to deliver business improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a deployment strategy, including a communications plan and any other change initiatives deemed necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering business improvement initiatives, including the management of external partners.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the required result.
  • Knowledge of change management and experience of leading improvement projects.
