Responsibilities:

As Academy Headteacher, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and strategies to achieve academic excellence and improve student outcomes.
• Leading the improvement and development of Myddelton College.
• Articulating clear values and moral purpose.
• Empowering students and staff to excel.
• Managing human, financial, and physical resources.
• Marketing the school to attract new students and promote the college's reputation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A good degree, with a teaching qualification.
• Additional postgraduate education, management, and/or leadership qualifications.
• A proven track record in driving academic performance, delivering excellent achievement, and managing human, financial, and physical resources.
• Experience in marketing a school, business, or organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
