### Job Title: Facility Coordinator

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our team at AWE. As a Facility Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our facility management teams in delivering a safe, secure, and compliant workplace environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Support the delivery of a workplace environment that meets the needs of our program demanders
* Assist in maintaining maximum facility availability and ensuring the right safety measures are in place
* Collaborate with facility management teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
* Provide administrative support for facilities, including maintenance and upkeep
* Utilize MS Office Suite and building management software to manage facilities

### Requirements

* Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Prior experience in customer service and administration
* IOSH or NEBOSH certification is an advantage, but not essential
* Prior facility, health and safety, or relevant experience is an advantage, but not essential
* Experience with building management software is advantageous but not essential
