Maintenance Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Area Maintenance Manager to join our team in Swindon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a mobile technical team in delivering PPM and Reactive maintenance services to one of our major UK retail clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a mobile technical team in delivering PPM and Reactive maintenance services.
- Ensure that all sites are covered on a 365 24/7 basis.
- Manage all expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Support the Divisional Operations Manager on all technical, people and FM process issues.
- Provide cover for Divisional Operations Manager during times of absence, holidays and meetings, if requested.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the maintenance service within the FM industry.
