About the Role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for estimating and interpreting specifications for our balconies, working closely with other teams to ensure accurate project costings.

With experience in construction and good Excel skills, you will be able to thrive in this fast-paced environment, managing a conflicting workload and mitigating change.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare client presentations and proposals
  • Attend regular team meetings

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good commercial awareness and eye for detail

Sapphire Balconies offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, including car allowance, as well as significant quarterly bonuses and private healthcare.
