Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our IDVA team as a Senior Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing short to medium term support to high-risk victims of domestic abuse.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support packages to high-risk victims of domestic abuse.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to achieve high customer engagement levels.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
