Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Framer/Joiner to join our team at Thorn Baker Industrial. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for constructing frameworks for Bathroom pods and Modular pods, working within these pods to complete all stages of first and second fix joiner, and utilizing power and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as a skilled joiner with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work at height using steps and A-frame ladders
  • High level of comfort with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and ask questions when unsure
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Joinery/Carpentry Certificate (NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent) is preferred, but not essential
  • Working at Height training certificate
  • An in-depth understanding of technical drawings
