We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality, well-maintained environment that promotes the well-being of service users.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
As a Support Worker with Walsingham Support, you can expect a rewarding and challenging role that offers:
