Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize digital communication channels to engage with customers, nurture leads, and retain business.
  • Analyse customer data to tailor sales strategies, ensuring solutions are relevant and effective.
  • Apply persuasive communication and sales techniques to secure conversions, provide demonstrations, and negotiate deals.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, following up on leads and devising tailored digital sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute digital sales campaigns, analyse performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Be the primary contact for customer inquiries related to digital sales campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and completion of sales reports.
