Your Role and Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues, utilizing your technical expertise to provide efficient and effective solutions. Your day will begin at home, where you'll start in a Green Flag vehicle, equipped with a full kit to help you tackle any challenge that comes your way.

As a Highway Maintenance Specialist, you'll work closely with our dispatch team to improve the customer claims journey. You'll need to collaborate effectively, utilize up-to-date vehicle repair techniques, and display best practice and first-class Health & Safety behaviours.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A current Category B driving licence is necessary
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar type of accreditation in light vehicle maintenance
  • Demonstrate empathy and a desire to always achieve the correct outcome.
  • Experience of the Motor Repair industry (essential)
  • Experience of lone working (desirable)
  • Utilise and apply up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
  • Display and utilise best practice and first-class Health & Safety behaviours.
  • Collaboration with dispatch team to improve the customer claims journey.
  • Use self-initiative.

Salary Information

The base salary for this role is up to £37,000 dependant on experience.
