Job Title: Nursery Officer - Early Years Educator

Job Summary:

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nursery Officer to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for children aged 0-8.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging learning programs for individual children or groups, aligned with the Early Years Curriculum.
• Design and deliver a range of activities that promote early learning goals, in accordance with the Childcare Standards and Regulations.
• Collaborate with parents and carers to share information and consult on children's needs and developmental progress.
• Recognize and report any concerns regarding child protection, recording and addressing them promptly.
• Foster positive self-image in children and their families, respecting diversity and promoting inclusivity.

Requirements:

• NNEB, CACHE, B-Tech 3, NVQ 3 or equivalent qualifications.
• Thorough knowledge of children's developmental needs from 0-8.
• Excellent childcare practice and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and recognize the importance of multi-agency working.
• Basic understanding of Child Protection and relevant legislation, with a willingness to undertake training.
