We Recruit Group is excited to partner with an independent CDM/Principal Designer consultancy who operate across the UK. The business is looking to hire an experienced and competent Building Control professional to sit within their Building Safety Services team and work with a wide variety of clients across the built environment (residential, commercial, retail, university, office, leisure, hotel, sport and education sectors).

The role has been created to navigate the changes happening in the industry related to the Building Safety Act. Our client wants to integrate their Principal Designer and Building Safety service, and they believe appointing a competent and experienced building control expert is the best way to achieve this.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations and be able to work with a wide range of clients. They will be responsible for ensuring that building projects are compliant with relevant regulations and will work closely with the client's team to deliver the Building Safety Principal Designer service.

Key Responsibilities:
