IT Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our Group Functions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a conduit between the business, change, and technical teams to ensure the need for IT change is understood and delivered proactively.
  • Provide technical vision, direction, and support to the Application Services Team and associated stakeholders.
  • Develop and project a positive image of the IT function through interpersonal, written, and verbal communications.
  • Experience of working closely with and influencing project sponsors and project teams to understand the implications of options in relation to developing solutions.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus.
