Healthcare Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to support intermediate care interventions alongside our friendly multidisciplinary team on our ward at Mountnessing Court. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a base level of theoretic knowledge, and relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to work with older people and deliver a rehabilitative service to meet their needs. The applicant should be able to work within an inter-professional team and understand the uniqueness of older people.
Main Duties- Support intermediate care interventions to prevent acute services for older people
- Work within an inter-professional team to deliver a rehabilitative service
The ideal candidate will have recent experience of working in the NHS and proven judgement and analytical skills in assessment and clinical reasoning using Evidence Based Practice.
The salary for this role is £20, 441 - £25, 696 per annum, plus a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary.
