Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to join our team at Novus Recruitment. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading our technical team and implementing a proactive approach to the technical agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a technical strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to ensure seamless integration of technical and operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their technical needs are met.
  • Embed an 'audit ready' culture within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Technical Management experience in Food Manufacturing is essential.
  • A commercial Technical Manager with a proven track record of developing and upskilling technical teams.
  • Previous experience and success in developing customer relationships.
  • Detailed understanding of retailer audits and the BRC audit process.
