Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Care Trainee LSA. As a Care Trainee LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs and disabilities in a mainstream primary school or special educational needs (SEN) school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to students with challenging behavioural issues and severe learning difficulties.
- Build strong relationships with students and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Support students' development and progress through effective communication and encouragement.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Passion for supporting students with additional needs and disabilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
