Miller Homes is seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our Production team in the Teesside region.

As a Site Manager, you will oversee complex developments, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards are met. You will coordinate labor activities, manage sub-contractors, plant, and materials, and maintain high Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Site Manager role, preferably within the house building industry, with a proven track record and NHBC awards. You will possess excellent communication skills, a logical approach, and be driven by high standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Manage sub-contractors, plant, and materials
  • Maintain high Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
  • Coordinate labor activities

Requirements:

  • CSCS Site Manager card
  • Relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership
