Job Title: Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join our team at Flexible People Ltd. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering large goods to residential properties.

About the Role:
  • Deliver large goods to residential properties
  • Work with a Drivers Mate to deliver goods
  • Must be physically fit due to the weight of the products
  • Will be fully trained on how to do a 'room of choice' delivery
  • Will be subject to a driving assessment and multiple choice highway code/tacho exam
  • Will be offered a 5 or 6 day rota, including weekends
  • Shift timings are 06.00 start, shifts last roughly 8-10 hours
  • Pay rate - £14.59
  • After 12 weeks, can be offered a contract directly with the company

Requirements:
  • Must have a valid UK License
  • Must have CPC and Digitacho
  • Must have no more than 6 points on your driving license
  • Must have no DD, DR or NI convictions
  • Must be reliable and organized
  • Must have good communication skills and a good level of customer service
  • Must be fit and healthy and able to lift heavy goods
  • Must have your own steel toe cap safety boots and a high vis vest
