Rubix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including financial analysts and accountants.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Excel and financial planning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including GAAP and IFRS.
