MET Technician

We are seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our brand-new team in Darlington. As a key member of our Accident Repair Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
- Dismantle vehicles ready for the panel shop, following manufacturer specifications and health and safety guidelines.
- Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Order replacement parts and reassemble vehicles with new parts as required, ensuring a pre-accident condition.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced MET Technician who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to plan your workload, work safely under pressure, and carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
