About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Door Ambassador to join our team at W Edinburgh. As a Door Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key responsibilities include greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, opening doors and assisting with luggage, and providing directions and information about the hotel and local area.

You will also be responsible for communicating parking procedures, arranging transportation, and maintaining awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.

As a Door Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, and it is essential that you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine interest in hospitality.

About the Property

W Edinburgh is a 12-storey hotel located in the heart of the city, offering 244 stylish guestrooms and suites. Our hotel features a rooftop bar and outdoor terrace, a W Lounge, a restaurant collaboration with SUSHISAMBA, a FIT workout facility, and an AWAY spa.
