Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Premium Country Pubs. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a section of the kitchen, training and inspiring your team, and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring that your team is working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and service, and to consistently meet our high standards.
  • Support the Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation, and stock control, ensuring that our kitchen is well-organized and efficient.
  • Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu, and be able to make informed decisions about menu planning and execution.
  • Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team, and be able to provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations, and ensure that our kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for our team members and customers.
