Develop Your Expertise in Ankle Arthritis Surgery

HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team as an Ankle Research Fellow. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a world-class clinical environment, working alongside globally renowned specialists in the field of ankle arthritis surgery.

As an Ankle Research Fellow, you will be responsible for coordinating the LAAC outcomes database, research, audit & MDT programme, as well as supporting research activity in association with our industry partners. The role requires strong research skills, including experience in managing patients under consultant supervision, an understanding of research principles and methodology, and the ability to use statistical analysis packages.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and access to a range of employee benefits. Additionally, you will have access to a dedicated study budget and study leave for courses relevant to your specialty, as well as grants and sponsorship for research and personal development.
