Job Title: Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our programs and services to young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with young people through one-on-one sessions, group programs, and community activities to provide support and guidance.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, local communities, and partner organizations.
  • Develop and deliver programs that address the needs of young people, including education, employment, and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective interventions and strategies.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience working directly with young people, including mentoring, support work, and program delivery.
  • Level 3 qualification in youth work or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
