Retail Stocktaking Team Leader
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Stocktaking Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stocktaking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our client's retail sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of stock counters to deliver the end-to-end stocktaking service
- Ensure accurate and efficient stocktaking processes
- Travel to different client sites each day, working flexible hours, including evenings and nights
- Work independently, managing time effectively and making decisions with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve inventory management goals
Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights
- Willingness to travel to different client sites
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
