Role Overview:
As a Digital Advertising Strategy Lead at Sphere Digital Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading the digital advertising yield strategy to optimise ad product pricing and improve fill rates. This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes and developing strategies to enhance overall performance.

About the Role:
Key responsibilities include:
  • Proactively engaging with senior stakeholders to drive digital advertising yield strategy and responding to changing business priorities.
  • Defining and maintaining clear business rules to maximise digital profitability and implementing strong cadence of review to drive compliance.
  • Developing pricing action plans, measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimising the impact of risk.
  • Producing monthly yield reports for senior stakeholders covering business KPIs and key data.
  • Collaboration is key in this role, involving close coordination with sales, ad product, ad operations, finance, business systems, and data teams.

Requirements:
This role requires extensive experience in digital advertising yield within the publishing industry. You should have proven experience of using various analytical techniques on large business data to drive business outcomes. Skilled with analytics and data visualisation tools such as Excel (including complex functions and pivot tables), Power BI, Google Big Query & SQL Server. Ability to provide clear documentation, from training notes through to proposal or business change documents. Previous experience of working on projects to deliver improvements on current business processes. Estimated salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
