Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Director to develop food businesses and join our team at a new cultural venue in central Hertford. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue.

Salary: £40,219 - £43,414 (inclusive of local weighting) depending on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to work with us and contribute to the success of our business. You will be responsible for managing the food service operations, including menu development, supplier management, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement food business strategies that align with our goals
* Manage the food service operations, including menu development and supplier management
* Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful food business strategies
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:
