About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced EHS Lead to join our team at STR Group Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing EHS systems, developing risk management strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include leading accident investigations, maintaining records, and driving continuous improvement. The candidate will also act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidates must have relevant qualifications, such as IOSH/NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma and CMIOSH.
  • Expertise in EHS regulations and risk management is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes, including chemicals and equipment, is necessary.
  • Budget management and analytical problem-solving skills are also important.

The estimated salary for this position is £78,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
