Housing Support Role in Cheshire
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Housing Support Worker to join our team at Sellick Partnership. We are working with an organisation to recruit for a Housing Support Worker on a fixed term basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intensive support to individuals in temporary accommodation, addressing their housing needs and complex issues. This will involve offering practical assistance with benefit applications, housing sustainment, health, education, employment, and addiction support.

The Housing Support Worker will work closely with support agencies to ensure a high-quality network for individuals, collaborating to deliver effective support services. They will also work with local residents, communities, and organisations to foster positive relationships and community cohesion.

One of the key responsibilities of this role is to educate partners on the needs of the people we support, maintaining positive partnerships and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. Additionally, they will develop and implement individualised support plans, including risk assessment and management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals in temporary accommodation.
  • Collaborate with support agencies to provide effective support services.
  • Foster positive relationships and community cohesion.
  • Educate partners on the needs of the people we support.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans.


Salary: £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
