Salary


£65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description


As the Executive Leader for Therapy Services, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the strategy for Therapy services, aligning with the overarching Clinical Support Services Divisional Strategy. You will provide strategic leadership to the Therapy Teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of patients and referring agencies. This involves providing professional and clinical leadership, as well as offering expert advice and recommendations to the Trust and key external agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's level education or equivalent professional qualification or experience
  • Evidence of professional management development
  • Significant experience working at a senior management or professional level in the acute sector
  • Experience managing teams, business strategy, and planning
  • Ability to design and develop complex information systems to facilitate effective decision-making
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of NHS business and financial regimes
