Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to a young service user with complex needs. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the service user's physical and emotional well-being, providing a safe and supportive environment that promotes their development and independence.
About the Role:- Provide 1:1 care to the service user on a night shift, ensuring their needs are met and their comfort and reassurance are provided when needed.
- Administer medication, perform personal care tasks, and manage clinical interventions as required.
- Work collaboratively with the service user's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
- 3 months previous care experience, with a focus on complex care.
- Medication administration, personal care, moving and handling, and tracheostomy care experience.
- Desirable: ventilation management experience.
- Competitive pay rates: £13.50 per hour (weeknights), £14.00 per hour (weekends), and £16.00 per hour (bank holidays).
- Confirmed rotas to ensure a stable and predictable work schedule.
- Full clinical training to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
