Our Electrical Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Microlise products across various customer sites.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team in Sevenoaks. As a Field-based role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and supporting our products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, service, and support of Microlise products at customer sites
  • Completing survey visits to identify suitable solutions for customers
  • Quality assurance visits to ensure our products meet the required standards
  • Inventory management and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
  • Liaising with customers at all levels to provide exceptional service
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrable experience in auto-electrics and/or telematics
  • A full UK driving license
  • Experience working to Service Level Agreements and Operational Schedules
  • Strong understanding of vehicle wiring diagrams and ability to interpret these
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, solve problems independently, and adhere to agreed processes
