Job Summary: Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities. Your primary objective will be to ensure the highest standard of care and support, while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement strategies to improve service user outcomes, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals and objectives.
- • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
- • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, empowering them to grow professionally and deliver exceptional support services.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and external partners to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
- • Identify areas for growth and development within the team, and implement strategies to address these needs.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will require a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services. Additionally, you must be willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights as required.
