Key responsibilities include utilizing space planning software to design layouts that enhance product visibility and accessibility, analyzing sales data and consumer insights to inform planogram decisions, and continuously monitoring planogram performance and recommending adjustments to improve sales and efficiency. Additionally, the selected candidate will train and support store teams in planogram implementation and maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications
  1. Experience in space planning and planogram development, preferably in a retail environment.
  2. Proficiency in space planning software (e.g., JDA Space Planning, Relex Space Planning).
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and consumer behaviour insights.
  4. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in planogram design.
  5. Possesses a strong understanding of the retail industry and the importance of visual merchandising in driving sales.
