Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in a dynamic and inclusive school environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children reach their full potential, patience, and a proactive approach to learning support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, tailored to their individual needs.
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support the emotional, social, and academic development of students.
• Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and record student progress, reporting any concerns to the SENCO.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.

Location & Benefits:
The school is easily accessible with excellent transport links from central and South East London. A competitive daily rate of £90 - £110, depending on experience, is offered.
