Electrical Installation Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Engineer to join our team at Unify. As an Electrical Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems on various projects in the water/wastewater sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute electrical installation activities to meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer to ensure electrical installation activities are executed safely and efficiently.
  • Develop relationships with clients to ensure smooth delivery and handover.
  • Provide progress updates and raise concerns as necessary.
  • Ensure electrical installation meets quality and safety standards.
  • Lead by example and positively influence others to achieve results.
  • Produce and review Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Assist in the production of electrical installation plans and inspection test plans.
  • Coordinate with the systems integration team to carry out Site Acceptance Tests and Telemetry commissioning.
Requirements:
  • Fully Qualified Electrician to JIB Gold Card Standards.
  • Full UK Drivers licence.
  • Experience working in the UK on Industrial projects.
  • Water/wastewater experience is desirable.
  • LV or HV trained or experience.
  • Thames Water Passport (desirable).
  • EUSR card (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of electrical installations on instrumentation and control systems.
