Job Opportunity: Trainee Property Manager

While prior property management or property experience is not necessary, training will be provided to ensure success in this position.

Company Overview:

As a Trainee Property Manager, you will receive hands-on training from experienced professionals and assist in managing a portfolio of 70-100 properties from the outset. You will conduct inspections, attend to issues as they arise, and liaise frequently with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 120 properties
  • Conduct all inspections
  • Handle maintenance issues
  • Serve legal notices, including section 21's and section 8's
  • Chase rent arrears
  • Manage change of occupancies
  • Maintain good relationships with contractors
  • Keep landlords and tenants informed throughout tenancies

Character Requirements:

Package Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Salary: £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience

This role focuses on managing a portfolio of properties, requiring the ability to work effectively in a support role, as a team player, and with excellent customer service skills.
